The
Maharishi's Techniques
The Maharishi Vedic Science and
Technology include several courses and techniques for the Development of the Inner and
Outer aspects of life.
The Techniques are the practical
aspects of Maharishi Vedic Science and technology, these techniques are given by
authorized and qualified teacher under the guidance of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Transcendental Meditation Course (TM)
TM is a simple natural techniques practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, this course is the
first course in the Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology, and it is a prerequisite for
all the other courses.

Advanced Techniques
The Advanced Techniques are special
additional techniques on the Transcendental Maditation, and they are given after each 18
months of the regular practice.

TM-Sidhi Program
In the TM-Sidhi course the meditator who practiced the TM
technique regularly for two months, will be trained to operate from the least excited
state of consciousness, the level of the Unified Field of all the Laws of Nature.

Yoga Program
The Yoga Program include simple physical and breathing exercises that give
flexibility to the mind and body.
